For the 3rd time, an Israeli team has won the World Universities Debate Championship. Israelis won the European Universities Debating Championship in Serbia. Noam Dahan and Tom Manor won the main competition, beating teams from Oxford and Cambridge Universities. Israeli debating students compete in Indonesia
