In Dec 2021, Israel’s Driivz said it was being acquired by US Gilbarco Veeder-Root s for $200 million In Feb 2022 it said it was being acquired by North Carolina’s Vontier Corporation.

Israel’s Driivz (reported here previously) has been selected by Budapest-based energy company MOL to manage its electric vehicle (EV) charging network.
