Finnish giant Aiven has acquired Israel’s database optimization startup EverSQL. Israel’s Gilat Satellite Networks has acquired US secure communications company DataPath.

Gilat Satellite Networks (see here previously) has won multimillion-dollar orders from SES – the Luxembourg-headquartered Satellite operator.
