Antibiotic alternative from vegetables

Researchers from Israel’s Ben-Gurion University have discovered that the phytochemical 3,3′-diindolylmethane (DIM) kills bacteria and heals wounds fast. DIM is derived from cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli.
