Israel is the world’s 4th most educated country

The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) ranks Israel 4th in the world with 46.4% having a tertiary (college) education.  Only Russia, Canada and Japan were higher.  The USA was 5th with 43.1%. http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/185103#.VBaYXleM3B8
