Last year, Israel’s Aleph Farms produced meat from non-GMO animal cells on the International Space Station. It has now launched its “Aleph Zero” program, emphasizing Aleph’s mission to produce fresh, quality meat even in the most harsh and remote extraterrestrial environments.
