Dr. Doron Markel, chief scientist of Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael-Jewish National Fund represented KKL-JNF at a conference on water, energy, food and ecology in Rabat. He presented the Ma’ale Gilboa agrivoltaic project, which uses land for solar energy production and agriculture.
