Israel’s GreenOnyx (see here previously) has developed a technology for growing the next generation of fresh whole and natural green vegetables. They can be eaten with a spoon, directly from the package, without any preparation such as cutting, peeling, or removing inedible parts. Their first product is an aquatic plant called Wolffia.
