Even before the war, Kibbutz Alumim near Gaza had a chronic labor shortage. Then Hamas killed many kibbutzniks and destroyed all its greenhouses. Kibbutz Be’eri suffered even worse but still had a greenhouse. Now both have a joint plan to install robots from Israel’s MetoMotion.
