The presidents were Professor Menachem Ben Sasson, President of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and Professor Habibollah Habib, President of Kabul University in Afghanistan. The two met at a conference for 2000 educators from 110 countries at the Confucius Institute in Beijing and discussed bilateral relations and possible collaborations.
