3D-printed marbled beef cut

Israel’s Steakholder Foods (previously known as MeaTech 3D – see here) has produced 3D-printed marbled beef using bio-inks. Steakholder’s Omakase Beef Morsels were inspired by the marbling standard of Wagyu beef and can be printed with any desired marbling ratio, shape, or width.
