The Jewish Agency for Israel has launched a new volunteer center for the Project TEN service-learning program in Chimalhuacán, Mexico City. Project TEN volunteers use Jewish values to promote social resilience for the disadvantaged in Israel, Africa, Greece, Cambodia & Mexico.
