Israeli Arabs and Palestinian Arabs celebrated the end of the Moslem holy month of Ramadan, at the beaches of Tel Aviv. Approximately one million Palestinian Arabs received permits to enter Israel as tourists during Ramadan and its concluding holiday – 200,000 more than last year.
