Israel’s Tzippora Nusbaum has been helping women in Northern Tanzania add to their income by growing and selling mushrooms. She is now replicating her “Entrepreneurs vs. Poverty” project across Africa. The mushroom farms simply need sterilized agricultural waste, buckets, and dark places to grow.
