Bringing religious Druze women into hi-tech

Israel’s Lotus Hub recruits young women from the Druze Arab village of Daliyat el-Karmel, who majored in STEM subjects in high school. The religious Druze women are trained in computer programming and then work for companies from the shared office space in the village.
