Israel’s Gloat (reported here previously) has deployed its smart recruitment system to its first Arab bank. The UAE’s largest bank – First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) – has partnered with Gloat to launch its internal “Talent Marketplace” and enhance its career development program.
