HexAI, founded by 25-year-old Israeli Elon Gliksberg, has just been acquired by Belgium’s Hex-Rays for $30-35 million. HexAI built an operating system for AI agents designed to conduct security research. It never raised any outside capital, and Hex-Rays now plans to expand in Israel.
