Iron Drone's unique integrated AI-based interception drone system allows for the elimination of small hostile drones and is effective against any type of small drone.

The world’s highest resolution maps

Immediately after Oct 7 Israel’s Simplex 3D made its 3D high-resolution modelling system available to Israel’s security services. The unique cameras generate aerial images accurate to as much as three centimeters. Other applications include architecture, construction, and engineering.

AI to make websites more accessible

Israel’s User1st is a vital addition to the Israeli startups making the Internet more accessible (see previously). User1st fits its artificial intelligence-based code into the existing source code of a website or app, to enable it for those with visual, cognitive, motor, and auditory disabilities.

Euro patent for resistant plant tech

Israel’s PlantArcBio (see previously) has received a European patent for its Direct in Plant (DIP) platform. It identifies the best genes for crops to withstand harsh climates, as well as pests and weeds. It then applies these traits in plant models to demonstrate its efficacy.

Chocolate to lower blood sugar level

Israel’s SOLVEAT (see previously) has produced a prototype of its herbal chocolate bar. A preliminary study found that it reduced blood sugar by 10 to 24 percent in 10 out of 12 participants with prediabetes. A clinical trial is underway; patient recruitment is unlikely to be a problem!

Disused mine to be Israel’s biggest data center

Israel Land Authority has published a development tender for the abandoned Timna copper mine near Eilat. It includes construction of a solar farm and an underground data center, on 520 acres, which would be the biggest in Israel.

Blast-proof panels

The bomb-proof material produced by Israel’s Ortech (see previously) has been launched just in time. Ortech’s panels have reinforced the 156-room Amigour sheltered housing for Holocaust survivors in the southern city of Be’er Sheva. They are also being used to protect IDF soldiers.

It has just opened a HQ in New York and secured a US patent for its tech to identify cyber threats within an aircraft’s cockpit and avionics systems.
