Israel’s Energy Ministry has launched a campaign to get solar panels onto 15 percent of Israel’s residential roofs by 2030. It offered incentives such as varied tariff options, shortened payback periods, tax incentives, and fast-track connection to the grid. It wants 100,000 more solar roofs by the end of the decade.

Intel Israel co-CEO Karin Eibschitz-Segal has been appointed Intel Corp's interim head of Intel's data center and artificial intelligence (DCAI), the third most important position at the US chipmaker. She will manage 10,000 employees globally, including several hundred in Israel.

The next chip is for Intel
