As the anti-Israel bandwagon attacks Israel for recognizing Somaliland, Israeli humanitarian medical nonprofit Save a Child’s Heart (SACH) reports it has saved the lives 49 children from Somaliland since 2004. It includes 19 from 2025 and 20 from 2024. No other country seems to care.
