Where Herod’s great-grandson entertained

The latest excavations at Banias national park in the Golan Heights has revealed a cave used by the late 1st century CE by Agrippa II, the great-grandson of King Herod, as an ancient event hall in the Roman style. It reinforces the accounts of his contemporary – the historian Josephus.
