I failed the question on “what is the largest Jewish city in Judea & Sameria?”  I thought it was Ariel.  Apparently it’s Modi’in Illit. Second is Beitar Illit with 70,000, which is soon set to double in size. In total, some 530,000 Jews live in J&S and are projected to total 1 million by 2050.
