Samoa has announced plans to open an embassy in Jerusalem next year, becoming the latest Pacific Island nation to establish a diplomatic presence in the Israeli capital. Diplomatic ties have expanded in recent years, thanks mainly to Israel’s international aid agency, MASHAV.
