Louis Kemp has been friends with Bob Dylan, ever since Bob was simply 11-year-old Robert Zimmerman. Kemp produced Dylan’s Rolling Thunder Review concert tour. Kemp also launched Jewish programs for Chabad and Aish. Now at age 82, Kemp has just emigrated to Israel.
