Excellent OurCrowd article that suggests that the FireDome platform from Israel’s mPrest (see here previously) would have prevented the deadly wildfire that devastated Maui in Hawaii. Alerts from smart grid management software include when faulty equipment might be about to spark a deadly blaze.
