Israel’s Chargeflow has launched Chargeflow Prevent, a first-of-its-kind post-purchase, pre-fulfillment fraud prevention platform designed to stop “friendly fraud” before it occurs. It protects merchants against customers who exploit chargeback policies (e.g. returns) to obtain refunds.
