Milk from mushrooms

Israel’s ImaginDairy (see here previously) has bioengineered milk proteins (whey and casein) to create a wide range of dairy products – using mushrooms and no cows. Mushrooms are easy and cost effective to grow, doubling in size every 24 hours, and they can be picked just four days after they are visible.
