Israeli tech fuels Uruguay security center

I reported previously (July 31) that Israel’s Elbit Systems (and Noa) were working on the Safe District project for the Maldonado District of Uruguay.  The $20 million security center has just opened in the presence of the Israeli ambassador to Uruguay and the Israeli companies.
