Dr Irwin Jacobs and his wife Joan have donated $133 million to have the new Jacobs Technion-Cornell Innovation Institute named after them. The funds will help support curriculum initiatives, faculty and graduate students, and industry interactions in a two-year graduate program at the JTCII in New York City.
