Chinese universities have launched their first-ever Israel Studies program. Yaakov Kirschen (better known as the pro-Israel author of the cartoon series “Dry Bones”) is to be the keynote speaker at the inaugural event and will give lectures at universities in Shanghai, Beijing, Henan and Chongqing.
