Taiwan’s representative in Israel, Abby Ya-Ping Lee, has presented a significant financial donation to the Nanasi Medical Center, currently under construction in Sha’ar Binyamin. It is the first time a foreign country has donated to the development of Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.
