Jerusalem Rabbi Dov Benyaacov-Kurtzman setup the UK National Emergency Response, Resilience and Treatment Program for Stress and Trauma. Its first task is with the victims of the Manchester bombing. Also involved are Israelis Professor Yori Gidronn and Dr. Moshe Farchi.
