Vegan salmon goes nationwide in US

Israel’s Oshi (See here previously) has secured US national distribution through Sysco, a major distributor in the US foodservice market. The partnership brings Oshi’s whole-cut, plant-based salmon to restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens across the US.
