Israel’s Seakura (see here previously) has launched its seaweed-based products in nine Canadian supermarket chains. They include organic seaweed falafel mix and various seaweed pastas with lentils, corn, or quinoa. Seakura also supplies Italian frozen food manufacturer Rispo with fresh seaweed.
