In 2019, Intel acquired Israel’s Habana Labs for $2 billion. Habana’s Caesarea offices are being vacated and the Israeli team will move to other Intel Israel offices. Symbolically, the original founders of Habana are taking over the 8,000-sq-meter Caesarea complex for their new AI chip startup – Element Labs.
