India’s Tech Mahindra is working with US-Israeli Comverse to set up an Israeli research & development center. Tech Mahindra has 98,000 employees in 51 countries. Tech Mahindra president Manish Vyas said, “Given the culture of entrepreneurship in Israel we need to be here.”
