The beer bazaar in Tel Aviv’s Carmel Market sells up to 93 different Israeli beers made by more than 20 different microbreweries. The idea came from Lior Weiss a Technion graduate. Business partner Yuval Reznikovich runs the stall from 10am till around 7:30pm daily.
