Scholarship for 40 Druze

The World Zionist Organization, the Zionist Council in Israel and the Menomadin Fund are financing a scholarship for 40 Druze students who have served in the reserves a scholarship to help them ease back into their studies. This is the third year that these scholarships are available.

Israelis help replant vines at monastery

The agricultural lands of the Trappist monks at the Latrun Monastery were badly burned in the recent wildfires (many caused by Arab arsonists). Now 80 Israeli volunteers (secular and religious Jews) are helping the monastery recover by planting new vines and olive trees.
