Overtaking on the inside

Israeli car fleet management startup Fleetonomy (reported previously) has been taken over by Israeli ride-sharing company Via Transportation. Fleetonomy should comfortably fit into Via’s mission statement to build “the transportation systems of tomorrow, right now.”

Israeli-founded cybersecurity giant Imperva is acquiring Israeli-founded US database security company jSonar. jSonar’s analytics and Security Operations, Automation and Response (SOAR) platform will be incorporated throughout Imperva’s systems.
