Israelis won 4 Gold medals at the 7th Bi Annual One Frame ‘Sedmo Okno’ Stamp Exhibition in Slovenia. In addition, Jerusalem dentist and Israeli Philatelic Commissioner Les Glassman was awarded the Grand Prix Prize for his Jerusalem Pre – Philatelic Exhibit.
