It’s true! The numbers of accidents and fatalities on Israeli roads have been falling steadily in recent years and have now reached a 50-year low. 2012 saw a 25% drop in road deaths. Reasons include improved infrastructure, technology, publicity and the work of NGO Or Yarok.
