Israel’s Karen Cohen Khazon turned her flavor and fragrance company Turpaz from a small Holon business to a global multi-billion-shekel public company. She is one of only four women who control TA-125 Index companies. Turpaz employs 1,100 people and has just made its 27th acquisition in nine years.
