Ben & Jerry’s Israel, which split from its US counterpart after a contentious 2021 boycott fight, has produced “Milk & Honey Ice Cream” – its “most Israeli flavor ever”. On its website, it calls it a “symbol of hope, rehabilitation, and positive action” after the Hamas-led Oct. 7 2023 attack.
