Panama has launched a parliamentary Israel caucus in the latest fruition of faith-based diplomacy around the world. “The formation of the Israel Allies Caucus represents a significant step in strengthening the ties between Panama and Israel,” said Panamanian Deputy Manuel Cohen Salerno.
