Israel’s ZutaCore (see here previously) has partnered with global AI-as-a-Service platform, Iozera, to make data centers more sustainable for AI operations. ZutaCore’s HyperCool® technology uses a direct-to-chip pool boiling system to efficiently remove heat from processors and away from servers.
