Israeli world record cow

“Kharta”, a cow from Kibbutz Sa’ad in Southern Israel produced 18,208 liters of milk in a year and holds the world record for milk production. Israeli cows (see here previously) average nearly 14,000 liters of milk a year, far ahead of Denmark and Estonia.
