Israel’s SkyHoop was created on the battlefield by 36-year-old IDF reservist Zach Bergerson, to alerts troops to incoming aerial threats using mobile phone technology. It has already begun pilot programs in Ukraine and is in talks for a trial with the U.S. Defense Department.
