Kibbutz Kfar Aza, devastated by Hamas on Oct 7, has signed a deal with Reches Real Estate and the Zadok Group to build a $67 million 42,000 sqm multipurpose industrial complex. It will provide returning Kibbutz residents with jobs and also attract businesses to the area.
