The Tel Aviv municipality has allocated space at the City Library for young Israeli innovators to meet and share their ideas for new businesses. Avner Warner –Director of Economic Affairs describes Tel Aviv as a citywide incubator ecosystem of entrepreneurs, mentors and investors.
