No-cow yoghurt

Israel’s Wilk (formerly BioMilk – see here previously) has announced the successful development of the world’s first yogurt developed with cell-cultured milk fat. The concept product validates Wilk’s technology to produce cell-cultured products that are chemically identical, and have identical taste, to their cows-milk equivalents.
